These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, service-specific terms, disclaimers and policies available on www.oncquestlabs.com collectively form the “Agreement” governing your access and use of the Website and Services.

By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Website.

1. Services and Use of Website

Oncquest provides diagnostic test and package facilitation services through the Website. The Company does not endorse or recommend any diagnostic tests or packages listed.

  • Users are responsible for selecting services
  • Oncquest does not guarantee lab quality or reports
  • Services must not be used for emergency purposes

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial use.

Shipping & Report Delivery

  • Sample collection occurs at chosen date/time
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Reports are generated as per applicable TAT
  • Consent is provided for report sharing with employers/business entities

2. Non-Transferable Right to Use Services

User rights are non-transferable. Oncquest may assign its rights under this Agreement without restriction.

3. Payment, Fees, and Taxes

  • Fees depend on selected package
  • All taxes are borne by the User
  • Payments may be online or offline
  • Fee structure may change without notice

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled
  • Refunds subject to verification and eligibility
  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days

5. Collection, Use & Storage of Personal Information

Personal Information shall be handled as per the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for accuracy of information and account security.

6. Prohibited Actions

  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Scraping, hacking or reverse engineering
  • Posting unlawful or defamatory content
  • Unauthorized access or disruption of services

7. Liability

Services are provided “as is”. Oncquest disclaims all warranties. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 1,000.

8. Indemnity

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oncquest from all claims, damages, and losses arising from violation of these Terms.

9. Termination & Dispute Resolution

These Terms remain effective until terminated. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in New Delhi under Indian law.

11. Right to Modify Terms

Oncquest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User and Oncquest Laboratories Limited.
